CIFOR-ICRAF (Center for International Forestry Research and World Agroforestry) is expanding its capacity development and educational activities through its new Digital Campus. They are seeking experienced Instructional/Learning Designers to join their international team.

This is a unique chance to contribute to impactful work focusing on sustainable landscapes and livelihoods, climate change, biodiversity conservation, and food system transformation. You’ll be instrumental in creating and delivering engaging online and blended learning experiences, including courses, guides, toolkits, and blogs, all hosted on their Digital Campus.

What they are looking for:

• A strong understanding of pedagogy for sustainable development and adult education.
• Experience with online learning design and learning management systems.
• Familiarity with instructional design models like ADDIE, SAMR, or backward design.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading instructional design, or an undergraduate degree in instructional design, pedagogy, or a related field.
• A learner-centered mindset, excellent collaboration and communication skills, and a commitment to innovation and quality.

This is a consultancy position with an initial period from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2026, with the possibility of renewal. The role is remote, but candidates are required to be in African, European, or Asian time zones.
