- At least 5 years’ experience managing or coordinating training programmes

Important things to note
A few clarifications to avoid confusion:
- This is not a remote role
- This is not a consultancy or retainer
- It is a locally recruited, full-time staff position based in Nairobi
- The role has been readvertised, and those who applied previously should not reapply
Why I am sharing this
I share roles like this to highlight something important:
Careers in learning, training, and instructional design extend well beyond universities and corporate L&D teams.
International development organisations increasingly need people who can:
- design learning experiences
- coordinate complex training programmes
- work comfortably across content, people, systems, and reporting
This role is a good example of that broader landscape.
