Meet the Lead Consultant
Misheck— Lead Consultant, ElevateHub
ElevateHub is
led by Misheck, an instructional designer and education consultant based in
Nairobi, Kenya.
Misheck works
with educators, universities, NGOs, and training providers to design practical
learning programmes, online courses, and training solutions that are
learner-centred, outcome-driven, and grounded in real-world needs.
He brings
over ten years of experience across teaching, publishing, curriculum
development, and instructional design, with a strong focus on:
- structuring complex content into
clear learning journeys
- designing engaging and accessible
digital courses
- supporting subject-matter experts
to turn knowledge into usable learning products
Misheck holds
a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning Design and
Technology, and a Master’s degree in Education (Leadership and Policy Studies).
His work is
informed by Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and a deep
understanding of how adults actually learn in professional and academic
contexts.
