Open Regions
The teacher trainer positions are available in six regions across Kenya:
- Central Region (Murang'a)
- Coast Region (Mombasa)
- Eastern Region (Machakos)

- Rift Valley Region (Nakuru, Bomet)
- Western Region (Bungoma, Vihiga)
Important: You must reside in the listed counties to qualify for these positions.
What You Need to Qualify
Essential Requirements:
- 3+ years teaching experience
- Diploma or degree in Education
- Access to laptop and internet connectivity
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Competency Based Education (CBE)
- Knowledge of Kenya Basic Education Curriculum Framework (BECF)
- Adult training experience
- Digital skills proficiency
- Clear understanding of national education goals
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
